I was busying last night uploading pictures from my weekend away but I ended up falling asleep during that process. So until I have that finished here's what I ended up eating yesterday...

For breakfast I had two nectarines
Plus and egg and some almonds.
Mid morning snacks consisted of baby carrots
And some dark chocolate covered raisins(I told myself these were good for me)
For lunch I had some veggies and an apple
And when the mid-afternoon munchies hit I ended up with some chocolate macaroons. Yeah, this ended up being a bad choice because once I ate two, I ate four and well, I ate to many...
I pretty much just snacked through the evening when I was hungry versus sitting down and having a meal.

Fiber One cereal
Potato salad
Yogurt(I only ate half cause I thought it was gross)
Almonds
And some grapes
Right now I'm riding the bike before work but I feel oh so tired. I wish I could just go back to bed. Oh well!! Hope everyone has a great Tuesday!!

I've been feeling really tired lately, too! I'm not sure what's up with that :(

Healthy eats! Those chocolate macaroons look yummy!

oh man...you eat some really tasty food. We could totally share the same pantry!!! I've been going CRAZY over eating necatrines in San Fran cuz they're so much sweeter and cheaper than Chicago! :)

Make sure you get lots of rest and drink plenty of fluids to get better soon. :(

I'm totally on board with completely reducing the size of fast food portions.

I don't eat fast food, except for a sporadic Wendy's french fries here or there. But I'd be cool with the fry bag being half the size it is right now.

LOL, please disregard my previous comment. Meant for Anne's blog at Harping on Fitness!
